Rainbow Vision participated in a community resource fair in Manhattan, New York, called the "Open Arms Resource Fair," in January 2023. Through this community outreach program, we provided vision tests for hundreds of recent immigrants, asylum seekers, and their families of all ages. We were able to identify many who needed eyeglasses or medical treatment, provided them with new prescription eyeglasses to improve their vision, and offered medical advice. We at Rainbow Vision very much appreciate the opportunity to improve the lives of those we met at the resource fair and wish them the best under the trying circumstances they are currently experiencing.
